Job summary

PwC seeks a Managed Services Epic Certified Manager to lead client support within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, guiding Epic Beaker, Radiant, and Willow environments. You will direct teams, coach junior professionals, manage priorities, and own workstreams while applying sound judgment to complex issues and shifting client needs.

In this role, you will combine application consulting, service delivery, and stakeholder coordination to help develop practical solutions,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
6+ years of experience in healthcare IT or IT services.
Epic Beaker/Radiant/Willow certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead Epic application support workstreams within managed services engagements.
Manage client service requests, issue resolution, and ongoing system support.
Coordinate team tasks, timelines, and deliverables for configuration, testing, and production support.
Review system changes to ensure alignment with workflow and data requirements.
Coach junior team members and review work products.
Translate business needs into functional Epic solutions.
Analyze performance and incident trends to identify improvements.
Support data-driven decisions using health information systems and analytics.
Maintain service documentation and configuration records.
Build relationships with healthcare stakeholders to move support forward.
