Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leading Epic application support workstreams for Beaker, Radiant, and Willow within managed services engagements.
• Managing client service requests, issue resolution, and ongoing system support across clinical and revenue cycle environments.
• Coordinating team tasks, timelines, and deliverables for configuration, testing, and production support activities.
• Reviewing system changes and application requests to validate alignment with workflow, data, and operational requirements.
• Coaching junior team members through feedback and review of work products.
• Translating business needs into functional system solutions using Epic software and electronic health record knowledge.
• Analyzing application performance, incident trends, and user feedback to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Maintaining service documentation, support procedures, and configuration records for assigned applications.
