Qualifications

• Must hold Active Epic Beacon and Willow certifications.
• 6+ years in healthcare and information technology.
• 3+ years hands-on Epic configuration and build experience.
• 2+ years of lead experience within Epic space.
• Experience configuring oncology, infusion and pharmacy workflows.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Epic Beacon and Willow design and development activities.
• Collaborate with end users to tailor Epic workflows and improvements.
• Lead design, build, testing, and upgrades of Epic projects.
• Mentor team members and manage capacity planning and resources.
• Provide on-call support for incidents and issues as needed.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Maintain relationships with end users and stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication from requirements to implementation.
