Responsibilities

• Supporting Epic managed services workstreams across healthcare operations and EHR environments.
• Analyzing client requirements and translating business needs into Epic configurations and functional recommendations.
• Monitoring service requests, incidents, and change activities to maintain stable application performance.
• Troubleshooting application issues, documenting findings, and escalating complex items when deeper technical review is needed.
• Collaborating with healthcare technology teams to support implementation, enhancement, and optimization efforts.
• Reviewing data, workflows, and user feedback to identify process improvements and application gaps.
• Preparing documentation, status updates, and deliverables that support ongoing service delivery and client reporting.
• Guiding junior team members by sharing application knowledge, reviewing assigned tasks, and reinforcing delivery standards
