Job summary

Fitness Connection is seeking a Front Desk Hospitality teammate in Durham, NC. The role focuses on welcoming members and guests, handling check-ins and registrations, and maintaining a high-energy, welcoming club environment.

Responsibilities include answering phones, routing inquiries, and supporting pro shop and member services while upholding company policies. A high school diploma and customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience in Hospitality/Customer Service preferred.
• Must understand and follow verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively.
• Must interpret business communications including personal training contracts and pricing packages.
• Teammate must have excellent verbal and written English language communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and move quickly between areas.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist Members/Guests with EPIC greetings and farewells.
• Check-in members using proper procedures and register guests.
• Answer phones promptly and route inquiries to the right team.
• Direct guests to the appropriate Fitness Consultant.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and entryway; support club services.
