Fitness Connection is hiring for a Front Desk Hospitality team member in our gym. You will welcome members with EPIC greetings, assist with check-ins, and route inquiries to the appropriate staff.

The role emphasizes guest experience, accurate registrations, and a helpful, energetic presence at the front desk. Ideal candidates have hospitality or customer service background and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Hospitality/Customer Service experience preferred.
• Must communicate clearly in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with EPIC warmth and a friendly farewell.
• Check-in members using proper procedures and register guests.
• Answer calls promptly with Fitness Connection verbiage and route inquiries appropriately.
• Direct guests to the right Fitness Consultant and assist with basic account questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and entry area; support ProShop as needed.
