Job summary

Fitness Connection in Fayetteville, NC is hiring a Part-Time Front Desk Teammate to welcome guests and greet members with EPIC hospitality. You will check in members, handle guest registrations, answer phone inquiries, and route calls to Fitness Consultants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous hospitality/customer service experience is preferred.
• Must communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Check members in using proper procedures and register guests.
• Answer phones and route inquiries to the appropriate team.
• Promote and assist with ProShop items; manage stock and POS transactions.
• Support member services with account inquiries and check-ins.
