Job summary

Fitness Connection in Greenville, NC is hiring for a Front Desk Hospitality teammate. As the first point of contact, you will greet members with EPIC greetings, check them in, register guests, answer calls, and route inquiries with a friendly, efficient approach.

You will support the Pro Shop and member services, maintain a clean, welcoming lobby, and help keep the club running smoothly by performing opening and closing duties, assisting teammates, and upholding Fitness Connection’s standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Hospitality/Customer Service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to interpret contracts and pricing packages.
• Must understand verbal and written instructions.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with EPIC greetings and farewells.
• Check members in using proper check-in procedures.
• Register guests into the gym using proper registration procedures.
• Answer the telephone promptly with appropriate Fitness Connection verbiage.
• Route Telephone Inquiries (TI) appropriately.
• Direct guests to the appropriate Fitness Consultant in a prompt, professional manner.
• Maintain front desk as the initial contact and communication hub.
• Complete opening and closing duties as needed.
• Keep front desk and entryway neat, clean and organized.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
