Job summary

Fitness Connection is hiring for our Front Desk Hospitality team. As a Front Desk teammate, you will greet members and guests, check them in, and route inquiries to the right staff with a friendly, professional demeanor.

You will assist with pro shop sales, maintain merchandise displays, and help keep the front desk area welcoming and organized. A high school diploma is preferred and EPIC training will be provided to ensure exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Experience in hospitality/customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with EPIC hospitality and check them in.
• Register guests and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Answer calls promptly and route TI to the right teammate.
• Promote pro shop items and maintain retail areas.
• Keep front desk clean, organized, and in good repair.
