Job summary

Fitness Connection is hiring for a Part Time Front Desk teammate in Indian Trail, NC. You will greet members, check them in, register guests, answer calls, and route inquiries to the right staff. You’ll be a friendly, energetic hub for members and guests, helping ensure everything runs smoothly at the front desk.

The role emphasizes hospitality, clear communication, and teamwork with the EPIC Training Program to deliver excellent member experiences and successful daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Previous experience in Hospitality/Customer Service preferred.
• Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions and effectively communicate.
• Must be able to interpret business communications including personal training contracts and pricing packages.
• Teammate must have excellent verbal and written English language communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage Members/Guests with EPIC greetings & farewells.
• Check members in using proper procedures.
• Register guests into the gym using proper procedures.
• Answer telephone promptly with Fitness Connection verbiage.
• Route Telephone Inquiries (TI) appropriately.
• Direct guests to appropriate Fitness Consultant.
• Serve as point of contact for members, guests and teammates.
• Complete opening & closing duties as needed.
• Complete regular club cleaning routines as needed.
