Job summary

Fitness Connection in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Part Time Front Desk teammate who greets every member and guest with EPIC warmth and a genuine farewell. You will check-in members, register guests, answer phones, and help route inquiries while supporting a vibrant, welcoming club environment.

As part of the Front Desk team, you will participate in the EPIC Training Program, assist with member services, and help keep the lobby neat and professional, ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality/customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to greet members and guests professionally and manage inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests with EPIC greetings and a friendly farewell.
• Check members in using proper procedures and register guests accurately.
• Answer phones promptly and route inquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Assist with club communications and direct guests to Fitness Consultants as needed.
• Support opening/closing duties and maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
