Job summary

Fitness Connection is seeking a Front Desk teammate in North Carolina to deliver outstanding hospitality and support to members and guests. You will handle check-ins, phone inquiries, and basic account questions while promoting pro shop items and maintaining front desk operations.

The role requires strong English communication and prior hospitality or customer service experience; physical tasks include lifting and moving items as part of daily duties. EPIC Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with EPIC greetings and farewells.
• Check-in members and register guests using proper procedures.
• Answer phones and route inquiries professionally.
• Assist members with account inquiries and basic info.
• Promote pro shop items and manage POS transactions.
• Open/close duties and maintain a clean front desk area.
