Fitness Connection is seeking a Front Desk Hospitality teammate in Durham, NC, to welcome members and guests and ensure a high-energy, friendly environment. You will handle check-ins, registrations, and phone inquiries while delivering outstanding service and helping members feel valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience in Hospitality/Customer Service preferred.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Greet Members/Guests with EPIC greetings and farewells.
• Check-in members using proper procedures.
• Register guests into the gym.
• Answer incoming calls with Fitness Connection verbiage.
• Route inquiries to the appropriate Fitness Consultant.
• Serve as the main communication hub for members, guests, and teammates.
