Job summary

Fitness Connection is hiring for our Front Desk Hospitality team. As a Front Desk teammate, you will directly impact the experience of our Club Members and Guests every day, creating an energetic and welcoming environment with outstanding hospitality and service.

You will greet Members, check them in, answer calls, route inquiries, assist with registrations, and support ProShop and club services while maintaining a positive relationship with the team and adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Previous hospitality/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions and effectively communicate.
• Must be able to interpret business communications including personal training contracts and pricing packages.
• Teammate must have excellent verbal and written English language communication skills.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds and mobility around gym environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist Members/Guests with EPIC greetings and farewells.
• Check-in Members using proper procedures; register guests.
• Answer telephone promptly with Fitness Connection verbiage and route inquiries.
• Direct guests to Fitness Consultants as needed; act as information hub.
• Promote and sell drinks, bars, supplements and merchandise in ProShop.
• Maintain ProShop area and use POS/money handling procedures.
• Complete opening and closing duties; keep front desk neat and organized.
• Support club team and adhere to company policies.
