Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Epic EHR domain strategy and roadmap, overseeing revenue cycle management initiatives from coding to A/R. You will collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, data science, and design to deliver high-quality healthcare informatics products.

You will drive adoption, measure impact with analytics, and manage launches with comprehensive training and documentation for end users.

Qualifications

5+ years in Revenue Cycle Management including coding and collections
7-10 years in product management and/or healthcare informatics
Epic certifications desirable and beneficial

Responsibilities

Define the product vision and strategic direction for the Epic Domain, aligning with senior leaders
Define product roadmap, backlog management, and prioritize initiatives to meet OKRs
Collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX to bridge business needs and technical solutions
Partner with design to gather requirements and ensure user needs are met
Manage product launches with training materials and end-user documentation
Provide executive reporting on product status, risks, and decisions
Develop testing procedures and governance for Epic assessments
Support readiness and adoption through training and change management
Assist domain leaders with recruiting and developing informatics talent
