Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in the United States seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and roadmap for the Epic EHR platform and integrated clinical informatics tools, owning the Revenue Cycle Management domain including CDI, coding, billing, and A/R completeness.

You will collaborate with business, engineering, design, and operations teams to translate goals into actionable requirements, manage backlogs, and drive adoption, quality, and safety across enterprise informatics initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Cycle Management with focus on CDI, coding, billing, and A/R.
• 7-10 years in product management/healthcare informatics.
• Proven leader with ability to align senior stakeholders.
• Experience with data analytics and healthcare metrics.
• Epic certification(s) in relevant modules preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy for the Epic Domain aligned with OKRs.
• Define roadmap, backlog management, and prioritization with business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design to build and enhance products.
• Lead user research, document detailed requirements, and ensure user needs are met.
• Define and manage launches, training materials, and end-user documentation.
• Provide executive-level reporting on status, risks and decisions.
• Support readiness and adoption through change management teams.
