• 7-10 years in product management or healthcare informatics.
• Proven leader with ability to drive decisions and coordinate resources.
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders and translating technical topics.
• Data-driven mindset with analytics collaboration.
• Change management and user adoption of clinical tech.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategic direction for Epic Domain aligned with OKRs.
• Oversee roadmap, backlog, prioritization, and business cases for new initiatives.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, and design to deliver products.
• Collaborate with design for intuitive end-user experiences via user research.
• Lead product launches with training materials and end-user documentation.
• Provide exec-level reporting on status, risks, decisions with stakeholders.
