Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the Epic EHR domain and RCM workstreams. You will drive product strategy, define roadmaps, and collaborate with engineering, data science, and design to deliver end-to-end solutions that improve clinical documentation, billing, and A/R processes.

You will lead cross-functional teams, conduct user research, and translate business goals into actionable requirements with a focus on quality, safety, and enterprise impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) including charge capture, coding, billing, and collections.
• 7-10 years of product management and/or healthcare informatics experience.
• Proven ability to lead strategy, drive ownership, and coordinate resources.
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders and ability to translate complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategic direction for the Epic Domain, aligned with senior leaders.
• Define roadmaps, manage backlogs, and assess value for new initiatives across units.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design to build and enhance Epic-based products.
• Lead user research, document requirements, and ensure delivery meets end-user needs.
• Oversee product launches, training materials, and documentation for end users.
