Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Epic EHR domain strategy and roadmap for Revenue Cycle Management, including CDI, coding, billing, collections and analytics. You will own product requirements and align with senior business and engineering leaders to drive measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate across engineering, data science, design and operations to define backlog priorities, manage launches, and provide executive status reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Revenue Cycle Management (charge capture, coding, billing, collections).
• 7-10 years of product management and/or healthcare informatics experience.
• Proven leader with ability to align stakeholders and coordinate resources.
• Highly collaborative with senior-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven mindset using analytics to measure product impact.
• Skilled in change management and driving user adoption of clinical technology.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and strategic direction for the Epic Domain, aligned with OKRs.
• Define the product roadmap, oversee backlog management and prioritization, and assess buy vs. build opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, and design to build and enhance products.
• Collaborate with design to create high-quality, user-centered products through research and detailed requirements.
• Define and manage launches, including training materials and end-user documentation.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on product status, risks, and decisions; build stakeholder relationships.
• Develop testing procedures and governance for Epic assessments and documentation.
• Partner with change-management teams to support readiness, adoption, and feedback loops for Epic releases.
• Support approval of iterations, schedules, releases, and roadmaps to maintain delivery speed and quality.
• Assist in recruiting and developing product and informatics talent in a fast-paced, global environment.
