Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Epic EHR platform and integrated clinical informatics for Revenue Cycle Management. You will own strategy and requirements, shaping the end-to-end workflow from documentation to coding and A/R processes.

You will partner with business stakeholders and engineering to translate goals into a roadmap, align with OKRs, and drive adoption through user research, training materials, and clear documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• 7-10 years in product management and/or healthcare informatics.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive strategic decisions.
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders and clear communication.
• Data-driven mindset with metrics to evaluate product impact.
• Experience with change management and user adoption of clinical technology.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategic direction for the Epic Domain aligned with OKRs.
• Define product roadmap with backlog management and prioritization.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design to build/enhance products.
• Work with design to create intuitive products based on user research and requirements.
• Define and manage launches, training materials, and end-user docs.
• Provide executive-level status reports and stakeholder relationships.
• Develop testing procedures and governance for Epic assessments.
• Support readiness, adoption, and feedback loops for Epic releases.
• Assist domain leaders in recruiting and developing product and informatics talent.
