CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Epic EHR domain and RCM-focused product strategy, owning roadmaps and requirements. You will align with executives, collaborate with engineering and analytics teams, and drive adoption of clinical informatics solutions across the enterprise.

The role emphasizes user-centered design, agile delivery, training, and governance, with accountability for metrics, risk, and outcomes in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Revenue Cycle Management, including charge capture, medical coding, back-end billing and collections.
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in product management and/or healthcare informatics.
• Proven leader with ability to own decisions, coordinate resources and deliver results.
• Highly collaborative and able to translate tech topics for diverse audiences.
• Data-driven mindset; use analytics to measure product impact and inform decisions.
• Experience with change management and driving user adoption of clinical technology.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategic direction for the Epic Domain and align with senior leaders.
• Define product roadmap with business stakeholders and prioritize backlog.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, and design to build and enhance products.
• Work with design to ensure user-centered, intuitive products.
• Define and manage launches, training materials, and end-user documentation.
• Provide executive reporting on status, risks, and decisions; build stakeholder relationships.
• Develop testing procedures and governance for Epic assessments and documentation.
• Partner with training and change management teams to support readiness and adoption.
• Support recruitment and development of product and informatics talent.
