Job summary
CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead theEpic EHR platform and integrated clinical informatics tools within Revenue Cycle Management. You will own the product strategy, requirements, and roadmap across CDI, coding, billing, and analytics, applying Epic expertise and agile methods to drive adoption, quality and safety.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in Revenue Cycle Management including coding and collections
- 7-10 years in product management or healthcare informatics
- Proven leader with strategic decision making
- Highly collaborative with senior stakeholders
- Data-driven with analytics experience
- Experience with change management and user adoption
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and strategy aligned with OKRs
- Roadmap planning and backlog prioritization across Epic domain
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design
- Translate user needs into detailed product requirements
- Plan launches with training material and end-user documentation
- Provide executive status reports on product status, risks, and decisions
- Develop testing procedures and governance for Epic assessments
- Support readiness and adoption through change management programs
- Assist in recruiting and developing product and informatics talent
