Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Revenue Cycle Management (charge capture, coding, billing, A/R).
• 7-10 years in product management and/or healthcare informatics.
• Proven leader with ownership and cross-functional coordination.
• Data-driven mindset with analytics collaboration.
• Experience driving user adoption of clinical technology.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy for Epic Domain aligned with OKRs.
• Shape the product roadmap with stakeholders and prioritize backlogs.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science and design to build solutions.
• Work with design to deliver intuitive, user-centered products.
• Define launches, create user training, and collect feedback for improvements.
• Provide executive-level reporting on status, risks and decisions.
