Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Epic EHR domain and related clinical informatics tools within Revenue Cycle Management. You will own strategy and requirements, align with senior leaders, and drive adoption across enterprise informatics initiatives to improve healthcare delivery for patients.

You will partner with stakeholders to craft roadmaps, manage backlogs, and translate business goals into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Revenue Cycle Management, including charge capture, medical coding, back-end billing and collections.
• 7-10 years of product management and/or healthcare informatics experience.
• Proven leader with ability to drive decisions and coordinate resources.
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders and ability to translate complex topics.
• Data-driven mindset with analytical approach to evaluate success and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategic direction for Epic Domain aligned with OKRs.
• Define roadmap with business stakeholders; manage backlog and prioritization.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, and design to build and enhance products.
• Collaborate with design to create intuitive end-user experiences and gather requirements.
• Manage launch of new products and provide training materials for end-users.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on status and risks; build stakeholder relationships.
• Develop testing procedures and governance for Epic assessments.
• Support readiness and adoption with training and change management teams.
• Assist domain leaders in recruiting and developing product and informatics talent.
