Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Senior Product Manager to drive the Epic EHR platform strategy and RCM domain requirements. You will own the product roadmap across CDI, coding, billing, and A/R analytics, applying Epic expertise and agile methods to enhance enterprise informatics and patient care.

You'll collaborate with stakeholders, lead backlogs, coordinate with engineering, design, and data science, and deliver trainings and launch plans while tracking outcomes for governance and continuous

Qualifications

5+ years in Revenue Cycle Management including coding, billing and collections.
7-10 years product management and/or healthcare informatics experience.
Proven leader able to drive decisions and coordinate resources.
Data-driven with ability to work with analytics teams.

Responsibilities

Define product vision for the Epic Domain aligned with OKRs.
Lead roadmap and backlog prioritization with business and engineering stakeholders.
Coordinate with engineering, data science and user design teams.
Collaborate with design to capture user needs and detailed requirements.
Define launches and create end-user training materials.
Provide executive status reports on risks and decisions.
