Sentara Health seeks an IT Specialty Analyst – Epic ClinDoc to support, optimize, and enhance Epic Inpatient ClinDoc. You will collaborate with clinical stakeholders to analyze workflows, participate in builds, upgrades, testing, and system enhancements to improve patient care and operational efficiency.

The role requires Epic ClinDoc knowledge, Epic Certification, and experience with incident and change management within a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Epic ClinDoc knowledge required
• Epic Phoenix (Transplant) preferred
• Experience with Epic builds, upgrades, testing, and maintenance

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, optimization, and enhancement of clinical applications with focus on Epic Inpatient ClinDoc.
• Analyze workflows and collaborate with clinical stakeholders to improve clinical workflows.
• Support application builds, upgrades, testing, and system enhancements; evaluate software releases.
• Coordinate incident, change, and production support activities; participate in on-call support.
