Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an IT Specialty Analyst focused on Epic ClinDoc to support, optimize, and enhance clinical applications. Responsibilities include incident and change management, on-call support, and evaluating software releases.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Epic Inpatient ClinDoc and/or Epic Phoenix workflow configuration.
• Epic Certification is required; ClinDoc/build experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze workflows and collaborate with clinical stakeholders to improve patient care and operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows and configure Epic ClinDoc workflows.
• Support application builds, upgrades, testing, and system enhancements.
• Handle incident, problem, and change management for Epic ClinDoc.
• Coordinate application updates and releases; participate in on-call support.
