Sentara Health seeks an IT Specialty Analyst focused on Epic ClinDoc to support, optimize, and enhance clinical applications with a primary focus on Epic Inpatient ClinDoc. You will work closely with clinical staff to analyze workflows, implement improvements, and ensure reliable system performance.
The role involves building, upgrading, testing, and configuring Epic applications, evaluating software releases, and coordinating updates.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting Epic Inpatient ClinDoc and/or Epic Phoenix.
- Experience with application support, upgrades, testing, and system enhancements in healthcare.
- Ability to perform workflow analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsabilités
- Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and optimization of Epic ClinDoc.
- Analyze workflows and implement system improvements to enhance patient care and efficiency.
- Support incident, problem, and change management; participate in on-call support and releases coordination.
