Job summary
Sentara Health is seeking an IT Specialty Analyst for Epic ClinDoc to optimize clinical workflows and support Epic Inpatient ClinDoc and related modules. You will partner with clinicians to analyze processes, configure workflows, and assist with builds, upgrades, testing, and releases.
The role requires Epic ClinDoc certification and experience in a healthcare environment, with on-call support and collaboration across teams.
Qualifications
- Epic Certification (Required)
- EpicCare Inpatient ClinDoc (Preferred)
- Epic Phoenix (Transplant) (Preferred)
- Experience supporting Epic Inpatient ClinDoc and/or Epic Phoenix, including application build, maintenance, optimization, and workflow configuration.
- Experience supporting incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Ability to perform workflow analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Workflow analysis to support operational needs and clinical workflows.
- System testing, incident and change management, and coordination of application updates and releases.
- On-call support and production support for integrated Epic applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clinical stakeholders to optimize use of Epic ClinDoc and related modules.
