Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an IT Specialty Analyst focusing on Epic ClinDoc to support, optimize, and enhance clinical applications with a primary emphasis on Epic Inpatient ClinDoc. You will collaborate with clinical stakeholders to analyze workflows and implement system improvements to improve patient care and operational efficiency.

The role involves application builds, upgrades, testing, and change management, with on-call support and cross-functional collaboration to ensure system

Qualifications

Epic ClinDoc experience is required to support Inpatient ClinDoc workflows.
Epic certification is required; EpicCare Inpatient ClinDoc and Epic Phoenix are preferred.
Experience with build, maintenance, testing, and workflow configuration in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day Epic ClinDoc optimization and maintenance.
Analyze workflows with clinical stakeholders to improve patient care and efficiency.
Coordinate application builds, upgrades, testing, and releases; participate in on-call support.
