Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years relevant healthcare IT experience.
• Epic Certification required for ClinDoc roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and optimization of Epic ClinDoc.
• Analyze clinician workflows and implement system improvements.
• Coordinate Epic updates, testing, and releases; manage incidents.
