Qualifications
- Requires Epic ClinDoc knowledge and certification.
- Supports Epic Inpatient ClinDoc build, maintenance, and workflow configuration.
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management in healthcare IT.
Responsibilities
- Analyze workflows and implement system improvements.
- Support application builds, upgrades, testing, and releases.
- Coordinate updates and releases with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in on-call support and provide application-related inquiries.
- Ensure system reliability and optimize clinical workflows.
