Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an IT Specialty Analyst focusing on Epic ClinDoc to support, optimize, and enhance clinical applications, with emphasis on Epic Inpatient ClinDoc. You will analyze workflows, implement system improvements, and collaborate with clinical stakeholders to improve patient care and operational efficiency.

The role requires Epic ClinDoc knowledge, with certifications preferred. It includes on-call support, incident and change management, and participation in application

Qualifications

Epic ClinDoc experience including build, maintenance, and workflow configuration.
Experience supporting Epic Inpatient ClinDoc and/or Epic Phoenix in healthcare.
Ability to analyze workflows and collaborate with stakeholders.
Experience with incident, problem, and change management.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support and optimization of Epic ClinDoc.
Analyze workflows and implement system improvements.
Coordinate application updates and releases; participate in on-call.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrations and production support.
