Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an IT Specialty Analyst focused on Epic ClinDoc to support inpatient clinical applications, perform workflow analysis, and drive system improvements for patient care and operational efficiency. The role collaborates with clinical stakeholders, participates in builds, upgrades, testing, and change management, and provides on-call support as needed.

The ideal candidate will have Epic ClinDoc experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and Epic Certification.

Qualifications

• Epic ClinDoc workflows knowledge and experience.
• Experience building, maintaining, and configuring workflow rules.
• Experience supporting incident, problem, and change management in healthcare IT.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and optimization of Epic ClinDoc and related clinical applications.
• Analyze clinical workflows and implement system improvements to enhance patient care.
• Coordinate application updates, testing, and releases; participate in on-call support.
