Sentara Health is seeking an IT Specialty Analyst focused on Epic ClinDoc. The role emphasizes day-to-day support, optimization, and enhancements of clinical applications with a primary focus on Epic Inpatient ClinDoc.

You will partner with clinical stakeholders to analyze workflows, implement improvements, and support effective utilization of Epic applications to enhance patient care. The position requires Epic ClinDoc knowledge, collaboration across teams, and involvement in on-call support,

Qualifications

• Epic certification is required.
• Experience with Epic Inpatient ClinDoc workflows and configuration.
• Ability to analyze clinical workflows and support system enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and optimization of clinical applications, focusing on Epic Inpatient ClinDoc.
• Support application builds, upgrades, testing, and enhancements; evaluate releases for impact on workflows.
• Conduct workflow analysis, gather requirements, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Assist incident, problem, and change management; participate in on-call support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability of clinical systems.
