Job summary

Vail Resorts is seeking an Epic Ascent Concierge Agent to deliver elevated, personalized experiences for ski and snowboard guests. You will coordinate private lessons, manage communications, and partner with multiple departments to ensure seamless, high‑touch service from booking through departure.

Remote role with a focus on premium guest experiences and Epic Service. Minimum 3–5 years in concierge/hospitality, strong communication, and ability to work across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years relevant experience in concierge or hospitality settings.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized, high‑touch service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate across departments and manage guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated, personalized guest experiences by creating meaningful connections and modeling Epic Service.
• Act as the primary point of contact for ski and snowboard school guests, instructor, and internal support needs, providing concierge‑level service and professional communication.
• Coordinate private lesson and specialty product logistics, including booking support and lesson routing.
• Take ownership of the guest experience by resolving escalated or complex issues with sound judgment and empathy.
• Partner with departments to ensure seamless execution of guest experiences.
• Manage guest records and POS transactions to ensure accuracy and order fulfillment.
• Monitor operations, identify service risks, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Recommend products and upgrades to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain knowledge of resort policies and Ski & Snowboard School operations.
