Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in concierge or hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple requests while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years relevant experience in concierge or hospitality.
• Proven ability to deliver high-touch, personalized service for premium guests.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated guest experiences by building meaningful connections and modeling Epic Service.
• Serve as primary contact for ski and snowboard school guests and internal support needs across channels.
• Coordinate private lesson and specialty product logistics, including booking and routing.
