Job summary

Johns Hopkins Health Plans is seeking an Epic Application Coordinator to design, configure, validate, and sustain Epic workflows. You’ll translate clinical and business operations needs into scalable configurations and lead complex application enhancements with remote teams.

You should hold Epic certification (ideally Cheers CRM), be ready to complete certification within 120 days, and have 2+ years in healthcare IT or operations.

Qualifications

• Epic certification is highly preferred.
• Certification in Cheers CRM is preferred, but other Epic certifications are acceptable.
• Two years of operational experience in a clinical/healthcare or IT setting.
• At least 2+ years configuring an Epic application.
• Experience implementing CRM workflows or integrating with healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Epic CRM workflows.
• Facilitate complex application and systems enhancements or upgrades.
• Analyze and resolve complex system problems.
• Partner with training teams to support organizational training.
• Create detailed documentation including system design, procedures, data flows, and project plans.
