Job summary

Johns Hopkins Health Plans seeks an Epic Application Coordinator to design, configure, validate, and support Epic workflows, focusing on clinical/business operations and system configuration while working remotely. You will collaborate across teams to ensure quality and efficiency in delivery.

Responsibilities include implementing Appeals workflows with Tapestry Link, facilitating upgrades, analyzing complex issues, and creating comprehensive design documentation.

Qualifications

• Two years experience in Epic Configuration.
• Baccalaureate degree, education or health related field with educational courses.
• Epic certification is highly preferred and is expected to be completed within 120 days of employment in this role.
• Experience implementing Tapestry Appeals or Tapestry UM workflows.
• Understanding of the Agile process and ability to manage tasks.

Responsibilities

• Implement Appeals workflows and/or integration through Tapestry Link.
• Facilitate complex application and systems enhancements or upgrades.
• Analyze and resolve complex system problems.
• Create detailed documentation, including system design, procedures, data flows, and project plans.
