Johns Hopkins Health Plans seeks an Epic Application Coordinator to design, configure, validate, and optimize CRM workflows across Epic modules. You will lead complex enhancements while collaborating with clinical and IT teams in a remote setting.

The role demands Epic certification, CRM workflow experience, and at least two years configuring Epic applications, with certification completed within 120 days of hire. Excellent communication is essential for success in a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Epic certification highly preferred.
• Certification in Cheers CRM preferred or other Epic certifications.
• Complete and pass certification in assigned Epic module within 120 days.
• Experience implementing CRM workflows or integrating with healthcare organizations.
• Two years in clinical/healthcare operations or IT; 2+ years configuring an Epic application.
• Understand the Agile process and manage assigned tasks.

Responsabilités

• Implement and maintain CRM workflows within Epic.
• Facilitate complex application and system enhancements or upgrades.
• Analyze and resolve complex system problems.
• Collaborate with training teams to support organizational training.
• Create detailed system design, procedures and data-flow documentation.
