Job summary

ClinDCast LLC is seeking an experienced Epic Application Analyst to support implementation, configuration, optimization, testing, and ongoing support of Epic EHR applications.

The ideal candidate will hold an active Epic certification and have hands-on Epic build experience, with strong healthcare IT knowledge and the ability to work across clinical and technical teams in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic implementations, upgrades, testing, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Configure, build, test, and maintain Epic applications based on business and clinical requirements.
• Support Epic implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
• Analyze application issues and provide troubleshooting and production support.
• Collaborate with clinical, business, technical, and project teams to identify and resolve system issues.
• Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and validation activities.
• Participate in requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and application design.
• Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer as needed.
• Support integrations, interfaces, reporting, and data-related activities where applicable.
• Ensure applications meet organizational, regulatory, and healthcare standards.
