Job summary

Our Health System is an integrated clinical and administrative information system deployed across regions. The Application Coordinator will provide operational and information systems expertise for Epic modules, coordinate with regional leadership, clinicians, staff, and vendors, and support deployment, testing, and optimization.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, Epic Certification, RN licensure, and strong project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in health‑care admin, IS, business or related field.
• Epic Certification required (may be obtained on the job within 6 months).
• Professional RN licensure.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Working knowledge of business software.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in development, training, testing, optimization, and application of Health System systems.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for a single Epic application and communicate with regional leadership and vendors.
• Resolve production problems in a system module.
• Collaborate with teams to define needs and support decision‑making.
• Communicate changes to end users and participate in post‑implementation reviews.
• Design, test, and implement Epic configuration and integration solutions.
• Support workflow sessions and manage resulting changes.
• Participate in on‑call rotation for 24x7 support.
