Job summary
Johns Hopkins Health Plans is seeking an Epic Application Coordinator to design, configure, validate, and optimize Epic workflows. This remote role emphasizes collaboration across clinical and business operations, strong communication, and remote-friendly practices.
You will implement appeals workflows, support complex upgrades, and document system designs, data flows, and project plans. A background in Epic configuration and Tapestry is highly valued, with Agile awareness and certified
Qualifications
- Two years experience in Epic Configuration.
- Baccalaureate degree or health-related field; certifications may substitute.
- Epic certification is highly preferred.
- Experience implementing Tapestry Appeals or Tapestry UM.
- Understanding of Agile process.
Responsibilities
- Implement Appeals workflows and integration through Tapestry Link.
- Facilitate complex application and systems enhancements or upgrades.
- Analyze and resolve complex system problems.
- Create detailed documentation: system design documentation, procedures, process and data flows, project plans, and recommendations for system enhancements.
