Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an IT professional with Epic PB expertise for a full-time, fully remote role. You will design, implement, and support Epic-based solutions, coordinating with Clinical and IT teams to meet business needs and ensure data integrity.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years IT/clinical experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects across Epic platforms and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• Typically 5 years in IT or clinical environment with process mapping and requirements.
• Epic PB certification preferred.
• Experience supporting coding workflows and Epic PB Coding AI recommended.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops solutions to meet business needs and changes.
• Assists with conversion and operational planning across projects.
• Provides training and supports user requirements across Epic and integrations.
• Acts as liaison between business and IT and ensures project alignment.
• Maintains system availability and data integrity.
