The role supports remote work with emphasis on strong communication, cross-functional teamwork, and ongoing education as Epic modules are implemented or upgraded.

Qualifications

• Epic certification preferred; willing to certify within 120 days of employment.
• Experience implementing CRM workflows in healthcare settings.
• Two years of operational experience in clinical/healthcare business operations or IT.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain CRM workflows.
• Facilitate complex application and system enhancements or upgrades.
• Analyze and resolve complex system problems.
• Partner with training teams to support organizational training.
• Create detailed documentation (design docs, procedures, data flows, project plans).
