Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Eligible to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license (license fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (considered if close to degree).

Responsibilities

• Utilize CRM to curate leads and generate clients within territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners and decision-makers.
• Grow your own client portfolio and collaborate with team to meet sales targets.
