Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC in Texas is seeking an entry-level outside direct sales representative to target small and medium businesses. You will meet owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products and services, with product presentations for groups of 50–100+.

You will train extensively, use Salesforce CRM to manage leads, and earn weekly draw pay plus commissions, with performance bonuses and renewal commissions. Local travel required.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (course provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client base.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings with business owners and decision-makers to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and nurture relationships with local owners and referrals.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with your team.
• Plan your weekly schedule and submit it for review.
