Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious, self-disciplined candidate to join our outside direct sales team in Texas. You will train to target SMBs, meet with owners and decision-makers, and promote supplemental insurance products for employees.

Responsibilities include lead generation in Salesforce, client inquiries, and presenting to groups of 50–100+. You will visit local businesses, develop relationships, and work toward monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state or willingness to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience; consideration for near-degree candidates.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and develop your client base within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text; schedule meetings with prospects.
• Conduct product presentations for individuals and groups of 50–100+.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and follow up on referrals.
• Record daily sales activity and work toward monthly/quarterly targets.
