Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious, entry-level sales professional to join our outside direct sales team. You will meet with business owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products across various industries, with training provided to newcomers.

You will use Salesforce to generate leads, schedule meetings, and build a client portfolio while aiming for monthly and quarterly targets in your dedicated territory.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willingness to obtain) with study course and license fees reimbursed.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to develop relationships with local owners and referral leads; re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
