Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious, self-disciplined individual to enter a dynamic sales field. This entry-level role includes comprehensive training and support for newcomers and seasoned pros alike.

You will focus on outside direct sales within your territory, meeting with business owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products and services, including group presentations for larger groups when needed.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales background will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners and decision-makers.
• Develop your own client portfolio and collaborate to meet sales targets.
• Plan and manage weekly schedule; record daily sales activity.
